After searching for a reliable and professional mold testing company that provides air sampling, I made numerous calls and did a lot of comparisons based on Google ratings. From the Buyers Agent Perspective: I arrived 15 minutes early to the inspection and already John was out there conducting the inspection on the exterior of the home. Through out the inspection John was detailed and very professional. After conducting the inspection John provided a printed summary to the Buyer of what he had found and went through it and answered any questions. Later that same day John provided via email a detailed report to both myself and to my buyer.

Zach arrived right on time for the inspections, and his work was efficient and thorough. He had the report ready and printed out for me in the binder to review with me right after the inspections, not just sending a pdf. The report was so detailed and caught every issue major and minor that I should be aware of. The report was very easy to understand and helped me be prepared for possible repairs and maintenance on the house I would need after I move in. Zach answered every question I had in detail and recommended repair items for me to prioritize vs. things to consider repairing in the future. I appreciated his professional opinions on this (vs. just saying something vague like “it’s up to you” or “they all need to be repaired at some point”) as it’s helpful to know priority when I budget for the repairs on the house.

They also offer other nice services (e.g., turning on utilities for you free of charge) that I will be taking advantage of.

Excellent service! Zach did a very thorough job of inspecting the home and gave us a very thorough report, both verbally and in writing. Excellent demeanor and super polite! When the inspection was finished, he went over a summary of items to think about having repaired and also put us at ease that the house, in general, was in excellent shape with very few things that should be addressed. Like replacing some caulking around the vinyl windows (which I know how to do myself!) I felt completely comfortable with everything he looked at and his overall assessment! He was there before we arrived for our appointment and was careful to use foot coverings and check everything. Wow! Cannot recommend these guys enough!
