CLIENT CARE PROFESSIONAL
Crown Home Inspections is looking for aClient Care Professionalwith a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and follow directions, and the ability to follow scripts. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional, confident phone voice plus extreme attention to detail in our scheduling software and all correspondence.
+ You will be trained to answer incoming calls using a script and a helpful, professional attitude.
+ You will be trained to make outgoing calls using a script and a helpful, professional attitude.
+ You will be measured on the ratio of callers who book the appointment and on the accuracy of the orders.
+ Enter and audit data, generate reports
+ Print and assemble marketing materials
+ Provide administrative assistance as needed

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
+ Full-time position
+ Visit local real estate offices throughout the Kansas City area to deliver marketing materials and to develop relationships with real estate professionals, focusing on real estate professionals who are not yet familiar with our services
+ Contact real estate professionals to schedule meetings where you will build relationships and educate about our services
+ Give presentations to real estate offices
+ Prepare and organize materials for office visits, scheduled presentations, and events
+ Keep detailed records about each contact, meeting, delivery, etc.
