Travis provided an exceptional service while inspecting the home I recently purchased. He was thorough, timely and knowledgeable as he reviewed all accessible areas of the home inside and out. Travis presented his inspection results in an easy to follow and understandable way while suggesting I first prioritize the needed repairs related to safety. He answered my questions and walked me through the explanations with pictures and/or at the area in question. The hard copy and electronic reports will come in handy as I address the needed repairs. Travis was confident, well spoken and relatable, making it comfortable for me to interact with and rely on him.
